摘　　要：为了加大对环境污染犯罪行为的打击力度,最高人民法院和最高人民检察院联合发布《关于办理环境污染刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》。应准确理解其内容,正确适用法律,严格执法,严惩污染环境犯罪,进而促进我国环境刑事立法及司法实践的进一步完善,为实现美丽中国梦增添强有力的法治支持。In order to increase efforts to crack down the environmental pollution crime,The Supreme People＇s Court and the Supreme People＇s Procuratorate issued＂ about the interpretation on some issues of applicable law to deal with the environment pollution criminal case＂. We need understanding of its contents accurately, applying the law correctly, enforcing the law strictly and punishing criminal acts severely ,then promote China＇s environmental criminal legislation and judicial practice further improved and add strong support of law to realize the beautiful Chinese dream.
