摘　　要：我国不同区域之间的能源问题的表现有着很大的差异,这种差异造成的能源流动从经济、社会和环境等方面影响着区域生态文明建设。在分析能源问题区域差异影响和形成原因基础上介绍了能源问题区域差异情形下生态文明评价指标体系的特殊性和形成的基本原则,从生态资源要素、生态环境要素和生态社会经济要素等方面构建了能源问题区域差异情形下的我国生态文明评价指标体系。Energy is the basis for the formation and development of civilization.There exist great regional differences of energy in China.The flow of energy caused by the differences has affected the regional ecological civilization from economic,social and environmental aspects.Based on the analysis of the effects and the causes of regional differences of energy,this paper introduces the specificity and the basic principles of formation of the evaluation index system of regional ecological civilization.
