论韩国的成年监护制度及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：韩国于2013年7月1日开始试行的成年监护制度除了被监护人的财产管理以外,特别重视了对被监护人人身方面的监护。由于我国和韩国都属于东方文化性质的国家,因此韩国成年监护法规定的数位监护人、法人监护人、任意成年监护制度,对我国监护立法更具有其借鉴和启示意义。Korea＇s trial adult guardianship system executed on July. 1s, 2013 not only focu ses on the property management of the people unable, but also puts more emphasis on their personal security. As China and Korea have similar oriental cultural backgrounds, it will be significant to refer to Korea^s adult guardianship law in terms of the number of the guardians, legal guardians, guardians appointed according to the ward＇s free will.
