财政支持农村微型金融绩效的实证研究

摘　　要：运用DEA分析方法,选取财政对农村微型金融的直接投入和财政对农村微型金融的间接投入两套指标,分别测算这两套指标对农村微型金融的支持效率值。结果表明两套指标对农村微型金融的支持效率值均处于下降趋势,而财政对农村微型金融的直接支持效率值略高于财政对农村微型金融的间接支持效率值。根据实证结论,结合我国农村金融的实际情况,提出财政支持我国农村微型金融发展的建议。This paper chose two sets of indicators （including direct and indirect investment of fiscal to the rural micro finance） to calculate the support efficiency value to the rural micro finance from them by using DEA. The result showed that the support efficiency values of two sets of indicators to the rural mi- cro finance were all in decline, and the direct support efficiency value was little higher than the indirect support efficiency value. According to the empirical conclusion, the author advised that fiscal should support the development of rural micro finance with the combination of rural finance＇ s actual condition.
