摘  要:目的比较同轴穿刺活检与单针穿刺活检在肺部疾病中的临床应用价值。方法 108例肺穿刺活检患者中,51例使用同轴穿刺活检,57例使用常规单针穿刺活检。对两种方法的穿刺活检准确率及常见并发症发生率进行比较分析。结果 51例使用同轴穿刺活检患者中,良性病变的确诊率90%(18/20),恶性病变确诊率96.8%(30/31),常见并发症发生率7.8%(4/51)。57例使用常规单针穿刺活检患者中,良性病变的确诊率78.9%(15/19),恶性病变确诊率89.5%(34/38),常见并发症发生率12.3%(7/57)。所有接受手术者均没有发生致命性并发症。结论使用同轴穿刺活检能有效解决单针活检的缺点与不足,并可提高活检的确诊率。Objective To evaluate CT-guided co-axial needle biopsy in diagnosing pulmonary diseases, and to compare its efficacy with that of single needle biopsy. Methods Of 108 patients with pulmonary lesions, CT-guided co-axial nee- dle biopsy was carried out in 51 and conventional single needle biopsy was employed in 57. The accuracy rate of biopsy and common complications were recorded. The results were compared between the two methods. Results In the 51 patients who received co-axial needle biopsy, the accuracy rate for the benign and malignant lesions was 90% (18/20) and 96.8% (30/31) respectively. The occurrence of common complications was 7.8% (4/51). In the 57 patients who received con- ventional single needle biopsy, the accuracy rate for the benign and malignant lesions was 78.9% (15/19) and 89.5% (15/19) respectively, and the occurrence of common complications was 12.3% (7/57). No lethal complications occurred in all patients receiving need puncturing biopsy. Conclusion CT-guided co-axial needle biopsy can effectively overcome the shortcomings and disadvantages of single needle biopsy technique, and the diagnostic accuracy can be definitely improved.
