摘　　要：菲律宾经济在2012年和2013年连续两年取得了较高的增长率,超出了之前最为乐观的预测。可是,菲律宾经济增长的势头能否持续,经济增长的成果是否共享等问题依然是国际和菲律宾国内学术界、舆论界关注的焦点。文章展示菲律宾2012年至今的高经济增长率及经济增长源要素,揭示菲律宾经济增长的性质,探索菲律宾政府为促进增长而采取的各项政策与举措及有效性,预测菲律宾经济增长与发展的前景。The Philippines has achieved high rates of economic growth in 2012 and 2013 which has exceeded the most optimistic predictions before. However, the academia of both international and Philippine domestic are concerned about the sustainability of Philippine robust economic growth, as well as the issue of share growth. This article presents Philippine high rate of economic growth in 2012 and 2013, as well as the source of economic growth. It reveals the nature of economic growth in the Philippines, and explores effectiveness of the policies and measures adopted by the Philippine government, and forecasts Philippine future economic growth and devel- opment in 2014.
