骨质疏松前期骨亚健康状态腰背痛的中医干预研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医方法干预对骨亚健康状态腰背痛的影响。方法:将140例亚健康状态腰背痛研究对象随机分为干预组70例和对照组70例。干预组采用中药、导引(五禽戏)、推拿等治疗;对照组采用单纯钙剂治疗。均连续干预12周,疗程结束后,对治疗前后VAS评分、骨密度和TRACP5b水平的数据进行统计分析。结果:①VAS结果:干预组VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。②骨密度结果:干预组治疗12周后SOS值明显升高(P<0.05)。对照组与治疗前比较,所测SOS值无明显变化。③血清TRACP5b结果干预组可明显降低TRACP5b水平(P<0.01)。结论:中医干预方法能够有效改善骨亚健康状态的腰背痛,降低疼痛评分,提高骨密度,降低血清TRACP5b水平。Objective：To observe the effects of TCM methods to intervene bone sub-health status of low back pain. Meth- ods：All 140 cases of bone sub-health status of low back pain were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 70 cases in each group. The patients of intervention group were used traditional Chinese medicine, daoyin （the frol- ics of five animals）, and massage methods. The control group was used calcium treatment only. Two groups were inter- vened 12 consecutive weeks. The VAS scores, bone density, and levels of TRACPSb were detected and analyzed before and after treatment. Results：①The VAS scores in the intervention group showed statistically better than the control group. ② The SOS increased significantly in the treatment group 12 weeks after treatment. There was no significant change of SOS in the control group after treatment, ③The levels of TRACP5b in the treatment group were more reduced than the control group. Conclusion： The TCM methods can effectively improve the bone sub-health status of low back pain, decrease the pain scores, improve bone density and reduced the level of serum TRACP5b.
