摘　　要：采用变频调速加变极调速双重调速原理,利用变频器控制双速电机运转实现较宽范围的速度调节。在保证正常低速焊接的前提下,使管桩钢筋骨架滚焊机中的牵拉小车在卸料后能迅速返回,在人工穿筋结束前返回到位,避免人工等待时间,提高生产效率。Based on the double speed control principle of frequency control of motor speed and pole-changing control, the inverter is used to control two-speed motor in order to achieve the aim of a wider range of speed control. On the premise of guarantee normal welding at low speed, the pull-tensile trolley for the pile reinforcement skeleton seam welder can quickly return to the right place after unloading and before the end of the artificial wear reinforcement, which can avoid the artificial waiting time and improve the production efficiency.
