摘  要:采用实验室内植物块茎培养沉水植物的实验方法,研究了不同质量浓度Pb2+胁迫下龙须眼子菜的生长状况及光合作用参数的变化.结果表明:随着Pb2+浓度的提高,植株高度受到抑制、叶片黄化、植株根部部分变灰腐烂;叶绿素含量显著降低且与铅浓度呈现显著负相关;核酮糖二磷酸羧化酶活性先升高后降低,酶活性与Pb2+浓度呈显著负相关;磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶活性变化小;碳酸酐酶活性先降低后上升.Using the experiment method of tuber culture in the laboratory, the photosynthesis effects and physiologi- cal response of the aquatic macrophyte Potamogeton pectinatus were investigated in Pb2 + with different concentrations. The results showed that the Potamogeton pectinatus growth was inhibited with the increase of the concentration, chloro- phyll content reduced significantly and showed negative correlation with Pb2+ concentrations, RuBPc activity first in- creased and then decreased, and it was negatively correlated with Pb2+ concentrations, PEPc activity changed little, CA activity first decreased and then increased.
