摘　　要：从社会人口结构的组成出发,对特殊群体的生活方式、行为活动以及家庭生命周期各阶段居住需求的变化进行实态调查,研究了影响其生活的障碍因素,发现了住宅功能空间多样性与适应性缺失等一系列问题,探讨了多样化需求对城市住宅功能空间形式的影响.目的是建立无障碍住宅技术框架体系、指标体系和具体的设计措施,以满足不同年龄、不同健康状况人群的特殊要求,进而构建适应多样性需求的精细化无障碍住宅,为创造良好居住生活环境提供参考.Based on the formation of social demographic structures, a research was performed to study the living and activities of special groups, and the variations of living demands based on the different stages of family life cycle involved with facts and figures. The research aims at analyzing the reasons which influence family living, discovering problems such as the diversity of residential functional space and the lack in adaptability, and proposing the influence towards urban residential space based on the multiple demands. The goal of the research is to create a detailed solution of a barrier-free-residential technical framework system which can fulfill the special demands of groups in different ages and health conditions. Furthermore, the ideal barrier-free residence can be built through the framework system, which can be as the reference to provide the better living environment.
