摘 要:目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术应用于股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:将我院近期收治的股骨转子间骨折患者60例,随机分为2组,观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予人工股骨头置换术,对照组给予动力髓钉内固定术,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组患者的术后并发症显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工股骨头置换术应用于股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of artificial femoral head replacement applied on femoral fractures between rotors. Methods: We randomly divided recent 60 patients with femoral fracture be- tween the rotors into 2 groups; observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were given artificial femoral head replacement, patients in control group were given power medullary nail fixation. Then we compared the curative effect in two groups. Results: The postoperative com- plications of patients in observation group was significantly lower than those in control group. When compared with two groups, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of artifi- cial femoral head replacement applied on femoral fractures between rotors is significant, and is worthy of popu- larization and application.
