摘  要:钛具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,但以纯钛丝作为材料喷涂制备涂层的研究比较少。采用电弧喷涂方法制备了钛涂层,采用SEM、XRD分析了钛涂层的成分、形貌和组织,并研究了涂层厚度、温度以及硫酸浓度对涂层腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明:制备的钛涂层在20%硫酸中的耐蚀最优厚度为0.6 mm;在室温环境下耐浓硫酸腐蚀的性能优于稀硫酸,涂层能够在浓度高于60%浓硫酸环境中起到很好的防腐蚀作用;在60%浓硫酸中,钛涂层的最佳使用温度为60℃。Ti coating was prepared by atmospheric electric-arc spraying,and its composition,morphology and structure were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The influences of coating thickness,temperature and concentration of sulfuric acid on the corrosion rate of the Ti coating were investigated.Results showed that as-prepared Ti coating with a thickness of 0.6 mm exhibited the best corrosion resistance in 20%sulfuric acid(mass fraction;the same hereafter).As- prepared Ti coating exhibited bettter room temperature corrosion resistance in concentrated sulfuric acid than in dilute sufuric acid corrosive medium.Namely,asprepared Ti coating had very good corrosion resistant effect in concentrated ulfuric acid with a concentration of 60%,while in this case its optimal temperature in use was suggested as 60 ℃.
