摘  要:针对低压电器的工作特点,提出了一种基于Profibus总线技术的的智能型低压电器控制器设计方式。简要论述了控制器的硬件组成和核心模块SPC3的功能特征,详细介绍智能控制器GSD文件的设计、电磁兼容性测试和智能电器的网络应用。试验证明,采用这种总线技术的低压电器控制器具有通信安全、准确、可靠等特点,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。According to the characteristics of intelligent low vohage electrical apparatus, a design of intelligent low voltage electrical apparatus controller based on Profibus was proposed. The hardware components and function feature of SPC3 module were discussed. The application in network of electrical apparatus and design of GSD document were introduced in detail, and elector magnetic compatibility (EMC) check was also given. The experiment and engineering application verify that the intelligent low voltage electrical apparatus controller has a safe, accurate, reliable features for the communication function. It has great practical value and application prospect.
