摘 要:研究概述了国际图书馆界婴幼儿阅读推广和暑期阅读推广活动的评估进展,分析了典型评估案例及其评估目标、主体、方法、测量指标和数据采集方法和评估发现。研究发现,发达国家特别重视阅读推广对参与儿童、家庭及社会的影响研究。项目评估通常与儿童教育领域、市场调查机构等第三方合作进行,多采用实验方法、问卷调查和访谈方法,评估指标涵盖投入-产出、结果和影响多维度指标,比较重视统计数据长期积累。This study summarized the development of evaluations on reading promotion activities for infants and toddles and summer reading programs in international public libraries, and analyzed typical cases, evaluation subjects and methods, measure indexes, and relevant findings. Study indicated that, special emphasis was put on long-term impact studies of reading promotion programs in developed countries. Impact studies were generally conducted cooperatively by scholars from children education, library and information science and consultant company. Experimental methods, such as pre-test and post- test on reading performance of school-age children; survey, focus group and interviews on children, parents, and librarians; online self-reporting survey by libraries and statistics database were heavily used as methodology. Multiple indicators, including library input and outputs, outcomes and impact indicators were used as measurement indexes.
