浙商企业网络的生态重构

摘　　要：随着外部环境和内在结构与自觉性的变迁,浙商转型的必然性已经得到了共识,诸多学者从技术创新、政府管制、生态发展和系统观的视角对浙商转型进行了研究。时代的发展要求浙商超越本企业的视角,通过企业网络的运作从生态系统的角度来提高效益,发展自己。以蓝海战略的思维范式,按照"剔除—减少—增加—创造"的思路提出了浙商企业网络的生态重构方向,认为浙商需要理解嵌入性内涵,剔除狭隘的地域观念;重视供应链上企业关系的构建,减少对政企关系的依赖;增加投入打造商业生态系统,实现共赢;利用企业网络中的结构洞,创造蓝海实现价值创新。It has been reached the consensus on the inevitability of Zheshang transformation with the changes of the external environment, the internal structure and consciousnesss. Many scholars carried out studies on Zheshang transfm＇mation from dif- ferent perspectives, such as technology innovation, government regulaion, ecological development and system eoncept. The development of the times requires that Zheshang should develop themselves beyond the perspective of the enterprises and im- prove effieieney fl＇om the perspective of ecosystem through the operation of the enterprises network. According to Blue Ocean Strategy, the idea ＂exclusion--decrease--increase--creation＂ of ecological reconstruction of Zheshang enterprises network is proposed. Zheshang should understand the nature of embeddedment and eliminate the idea of regionalism, pay more atten- tiun to supply chain instead of reliance on government, enchance investment on the business ecosystem to achieve win-win, develop blue ocean to gain value innovation by means of structural holes in the network.
