摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,大学生心理健康教育工作面临新情况、新问题、新挑战,加强新形势下高校心理健康教育的有效性具有重要意义。为此,高校要加强体制机制建设,健全四级工作网络;加强师资队伍建设,深化理论实践研究;加强心理危机预防,健全危机干预体系;加强活动体系建设,丰富心理健康教育形式;完善教育教学体系,提升理论研究水平。As far as the mental health education for college students is concerned, the development of economic soci- ety brings about new situations, new problems and new challeges to it. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the effectiveness of the education in the new situation. In other words, colleges and universities are supposed to improve their building of insti- tutional mechanisms and improve the four-leveled working network ; they are also supposed to improve the building of teach- ers＇ team and deepen the study of theory and practice, to improve the prevention of psychological crisis and perfect the rele- vant system, to strengthen the building of activity system and enrich forms of psychological health education, and to develop the system of education and teaching and promote the level of theoretical research.
