摘　　要：以φ60 mm的40Cr钢棒为研究对象,研究了淬回火热处理后钢棒力学性能的变化,分析了钢棒内部组织与性能的均匀性特征。结果表明,采用在线反应淬回火的方法,可以使钢棒具有良好的强塑性结合,且材料内部组织与性能稳定。Mechanical properties change of 40Cr steel bar with the diameter of 60 mm after quenching and tempering treatment was studied, the uniformity of microstructure and properties of steel bar was analyzed. The results show that, quenching and tempering treatment online can make the steel bar have good strength and plasticity, together with the stable internal microstructure and properties.
