摘  要:通过实验研究热处理工艺参数对STSi11Cn2CrR耐磨钢的组织及晶粒分布规律的影响,并运用实验仪器测得热处理后材料的金相组织和力学性能等参数。实验结果表明:在300℃恒温淬火时,STSi11Cn2CrR耐磨铸钢主要是由奥氏体和贝氏体组成其合金组织;抗拉强度1500 MPa左右,屈服强度1400 MPa左右,伸长率5%左右,硬度高于55 HRC,说明热处理对耐磨铸钢性能有很大的改善。Effects of heat treatment process parameters on microstructure of STSil 1Cn2CrR wear-resistant cast steel and grain distribution were studied through test, and mechanical properties and other parameters of material after heat treatment were measured using experimental instruments. The experimental results show that: at 300℃ isothermal quenching, STSil 1Cn2CrR cast steel is mainly composed of austenite and bainite. The alloy structure; material parameters are as follows: tensile strength of about 1500 MPa, the yield strength of about 1400 MPa, elongation at about 5%, and the hardness is higher than that of 55 HRC. It can be seen that the heat treatment process has greatly improved the wear resistance properties of cast steel.
