摘 要:随着油田进入中高含水开发期,油井的腐蚀结垢问题日益突出,最初往往出现在产液量较大的电泵井。随着开发的进行,抽油机井的腐蚀结垢问题也开始显现出来。针对油水井腐蚀结垢问题,分析了目前固体阻垢剂存在的不足。通过优选缓蚀阻垢剂、改进固化工艺,研制了适合油井使用的固体阻垢剂,对其伤害性、耐温性进行了系统的室内实验评价,并研制了该固体阻垢剂现场使用的管柱。该固体阻垢剂在新疆、大港等油田针对不同结垢类型,进行了现场应用,显著延长了检泵周期,获得了良好的试验效果。With the oilfield entering the high -water cut development period, the problems of corrosion and fouling in oil wells are becoming increasingly obvious. These problems initially occurred in the electric pump wells with high liquid production. With the development of oil wells, the problems of corrosion and fouling in oil pump wells also began to show. Based upon the oil well corrosion and fouling conditions, the current deficiencies of solid fouling inhibitor were analyzed. Through the optimal selection of the corrosion and fouling inhibitors and improvement of curing process, a solid fouling inhibitor effective for oil well operation has been successfully developed. The hazard and temperature resistance were analyzed in the laboratory tests and a tube column has been developed, which is good for of application of the solid fouling inhibitor in the commercial units. The solid fouling inhibitor has been successfully applied in Xinjiang Oil Filed and Dagang Oilfield, etc. The operating cycle of pump has been significantly extended and good results have been achieved.
