在线腐蚀监测系统在常减压蒸馏装置的应用

摘　　要：某石化企业常减压蒸馏装置用于防腐的在线检测系统,包括10套低温电感探针、6套高温电感探针和3套pH值探针。防腐监测系统则由电感探针、数据采送器、转化模块、上位机及相应软件组成。2012年10月份腐蚀损耗加重,通过对比当月的在线腐蚀监测系统监测曲线和实时原油性质数据可知,当月加工原油硫质量分数最高(1.34%),是造成腐蚀加重的主要原因,与腐蚀温控趋势吻合。根据腐蚀曲线的异常变化,采取及时调整掺炼比例和装置工艺参数等措施,可以有效减缓装置设备腐蚀,延长装置的安全运行时间。An online corrosion detection sysgem has been applied in the atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit of a petrochemical company, which includes 10 low- temperature inductance probes, 6 high -temperature inductance probes and 3 pH value probes. The whole corrosion detection and monitoring system is composed of inductance probes, data aquisation and transmission, conversion module, computer system and associated softwares. The corrosion became deteriorated in October, 2012. The comparison of the monitoring cuves of on - line corrosion detection system of that month with the real - time crude oil property data tells us that the sulfur in crude oil of that month is highest （ 1.34% ）, which is the main cause of deteriorated corrosion and tallys well with corrosion temperature control. Timely adjustment of crude oil blending ratio and process parameters of the unit based upon the changes of corrosion curves can effectively mitigate the corrosion of equipment and extend the operating cycle of the unit.
