摘 要:某天然气净化厂联合装置脱硫单元的贫/富胺液换热器在停工检修期间,发现换热器管箱内堆焊层(材质为316L)存在多处点状腐蚀坑和裂纹。采用外观检查、无损检测、腐蚀产物的能谱分析、X射线衍射分析以及胺液成分定性分析等方法确定了腐蚀发生的原因。研究结果表明,换热器管箱内堆焊层的腐蚀失效主要是由胺液中氯离子(质量分数高达300μg/g)引起奥氏体不锈钢点蚀,粗糙表面和温度进一步加剧腐蚀的发生。根据腐蚀失效产生的原因提出了防护措施。The pitting corrosion and corrosion cracks were found on the 316L weld overlay cladding in the tube channel of lean/ rich amine heat exchanger in the desulfurization unit were analyzed by the spot inspection, nondestructive testing, XRD and EDS of corrosion products as well as qualitative analysis of liquid amine, ete during the overhaul of a natural gas purification plant. The results show that the corrosion failure of 316L weld overlay cladding of tube- channel of lean/rich amine heat exchanger is mainly the pitting corrosion failure caused by chloride ion (300 μg/g) in the amine solution. In addition, the rough surface has accelerated the corrosion. The corresponding protection measures are recommended based on the causes of corrosion failure.
