摘　　要：通过了解档案事业发展的社会需要和档案学学术研究科学发展的内部需求,分析了批判性研究特质作为档案学学术研究工具的理性,提出了批判性研究特质的培养是档案学学术生长点的观点:能提高研究者的学术素养以增强其研究能力,能调整档案学学术研究的内容结构使其更趋科学,能完善档案学学术的研究体系使其更为完善。Through analysis of social needs in the development of archive utility and the internal de- mand of Archival Science academic development, we analyze the rationality that critical study characteris- tics is the academic research tool of Archival Science and propose that the development of critical study characteristics is the Archival Science academic growing point： because it can improve the literacy of aca- demic researchers thus enhance their research capacity, it can adjust the content and structure of Archival Science academic research thus make it more reasonable, it can complete the Archival Science academic research system thus make it more completely.
