档案事业对文化建设的作用研究——基于对FCS(文化统计框架)的分析

摘　　要：本研究通过对FCS2009(文化统计框架)的分析,探讨了档案事业对文化建设的作用,指出档案事业为文化传承提供载体、为文化创造提供灵感并是文化活动的组成部分,并基于此得到了建设档案强国为文化强国提供基础保障、促进档案活动与文化活动的广泛融合、推动档案事业向社会档案观转变的三点启示,最后指出对档案事业作用的研究应与文化建设的需要综合考虑。This study discuss archive undertaking＇s effect to cultural construction based the analysis of FCS2009 （Framework for Cultural Statistics）, point out that the archival undertaking provides cultural heritage carriers, provides inspiration for cultural creation and integral part of the cultural activities, get the inspiration of that archives power provides for the cultural power of the basis, integration of archive activity and cultural activities should be promoted extensively, the archive undertaking should be transformed into the social archive sense, and finally pointed out that the archive activity＇s effect research should be inte- grated with the cultural need.
