论档案学专业创新人才培养的必要性

摘　　要：随着国家经济社会的快速发展,档案事业对档案学专业创新人才的需求日益增强。本文从国家经济社会发展,高等教育发展规律及档案工作和档案人才实际需求三个维度分析了档案学专业创新人才培养的必要性,提出顺应社会和档案事业发展需要进行档案学高等教育人才培养模式调整是高等教育和档案学学科发展的重要使命,其主要任务是探索构建档案学专业创新人才培养模式。With the rapid development of our country＇s economy and society, the demand of archival undertaking for archival innovative talents grows stronger each day. This article analyzes the necessity of archival innovative talents cultivation from the following three dimensions, which are the development of our country＇s economy and society, the law of higher education＇s development, and the actual demand for archival talents. Through the analysis, the article came up with the conclusion that adjusting the talents cultivation model in archival higher education meets the requirement of social progress and archival under- taking development. And it is an important mission for the development of higher education and archival science. Furthermore, it＇s primary task is to explore and establish a mode for archival innovative talents cultivation.
