摘　　要：个人存档(Personal Archiving)是图书档案与信息科学的新兴领域,国外学者和相关机构已进行了大量的研究和实践,形成了不俗的成果。本文首先分析了个人存档面临的挑战,然后阐述了国外个人存档研究与实践的情况并归纳其特点,最后对国内的研究进行了展望,望引起国内学者和相关机构的重视。Personal Archiving is an emerging field of Library, Archival and Information Science. The foreign scholars and related agencies have done a lot of research and practice on it and formed great re- suits. This paper firstly analyzed the facing challenges of personal archiving. Then it described the specific circumstances and summarized the characteristics of the research and practice abroad. At last an outlook of the research at home was made hoping to attract attention of domestic scholars and relevant agencies.
