现代农业园区培养新型职业农民的实践与启示

摘　　要：现代农业园区是转变农业发展方式的重要措施,是发展现代农业的有效途径。培养新型职业农民是现代农业园区建设的重要任务,也是推进农业园区发展的内在动力。通过剖析培养新型职业农民的必要性和重要性,分析宝鸡市开展新型职业农业培训创新举措和培训效果,认为现代农业园区在培养新型职业农民中,应该营造良好的发展环境,整合各方培训资源,多渠道筹集培训资金,健全培训制度建设,加强教师队伍的建设,注重培训教材建设,为加强职业农民培训提供有益借鉴。The establishment of modern agricultural parks is an important measure to change production mode and an effective way to develop modern agriculture. To train new vocational farmers is an important task in the construction of modern agricultural parks, and it also promotes the intrinsic motivation in the development of the parks. This paper expounds the necessity and importance of cultivating new vocational farmers and analyzes the in- novative and effective practice of Baoji in this aspect, and concludes that measures should be taken to create a favor- able environment, to integrate all training resources, to raise more funds from various channels, to improve train- ing system, to strengthen teaching forces, to pay more attention to training materials, and thus to provide useful reference for training vocational farmers.
