要素协调视角的城市化问题研究

摘　　要：城市复杂的属性决定了城市化内涵的综合性。本文通过文献梳理和抽象研究,从城市的本质特征出发,将城市化的内涵抽象为若干要素的城市化,探讨了城市化内部各要素之间的关系及协调性,并从要素协调的角度解释了拉美和我国城市化实践中遇到的若干典型问题。通过以上研究发现,现阶段我国城市化的构成要素包括空间、人口、经济与社会,每个要素都在城市化这个有机整体中担负着一定的机能,健康的城市化应当是各要素互相促进,协调发展的过程。从城市化各内在要素协调的视角解释、分析城市化问题是一个可行的思路。Urbanization＇s complex connotation is determined by cities＇ complicated attributes. Starting with the essential characteristics of cities, this paper abstracts the connotation of urbanization as certain elements by lit- erature review and abstract research. It also examines the relationship and coordination between internal elements of urbanization, and explains several typical problems encountered by Latin America＇s and China＇ s urbanization practice based on elements coordination. Depending on all above studies, we can conclude that the urbanization at current stage in China is constituted by four elements, including space, population, economy and society. Every element is responsible for certain functions in urbanization organisms, and healthy urbanization should be a process where various elements help each other forward and develop harmoniously. It is a feasible thinking to explain and analyze problems in urbanization from the perspective of elements coordination.
