人力资本影响经济发展的区域差异分析——基于我国东、中、西部地区的实证研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,由于实施区域非均衡发展战略等原因,我国东、中、西部地区经济呈现出不均衡的发展态势。经济发展的影响因素是多方面的,其中人力资本是重要影响因素之一。本文基于1993—2011年的经济数据,实证考察了人力资本对我国东、中、西部地区经济发展的影响差异。研究结果显示:人力资本对我国东、中、西部地区的经济发展均具有显著作用,但人力资本在东、中、西部地区之间的产出弹性却有较大差异。Since the reform and opening policy, because of performing non-equilibrium development strategy in different regions etc. , the economic growth between the Eastern and the Medium, Western regions had presented the non-equilibrium growth trend. There are many influence factors impacting on the economical development, but the human capital is the important influence factor among them. This paper applied the actual economic movement data from 1993 to 2011 to investigate empirically the influence difference for the human capital impaction on the economical development in the East, Medium, and Western regions. The experiential result shows that the human capital has the significanteffect on economic developments for the East, Medium, Western Regions in our country, but the out- put elasticity of the human capital has the bigger difference between the East and the Medium, West- ern Regions.
