尿常规复检规则的建立与验证

摘　　要：目的建立实验室的AX-4280尿干化学分析仪和IQ200尿沉渣分析仪联合检测尿常规的复检规则并对其应用效果进行评价。方法使用AX-4280尿干化学分析仪和IQ200尿沉渣分析仪及尿沉渣显微镜镜检对3 068份尿液标本进行联合检测,通过对结果进行比较分析,建立并验证适合实验室仪器使用的尿常规复检规则,为尿分析仪在临床尿液检测中的应用提供参考。结果复检规则的假阳性率0.06%,假阴性率1.07%,灵敏度91.04%,特异性99.90%,复检率27.08%。结论实验室制定并经过验证的尿常规复检规则,使用后可以在保证结果准确的前提下节省人力和时间。Objective To establish the proper review rules for the microscopic screening of urine samples tested by the AX - 4280 urine dry chemistry analyzer and IQ200 urinary sediment analyzer and evaluation of its application effect. Methods The AX - 4280 urine dry chemistry analyzer and IQ200 urinary sediment analyzer and urine sediment microscopic examination of combined detec- tion were used in 3068 urine specimens, and established and verified the urine routine review criteria for the use of laboratory instruments by the comparison and analysis of results. To provide reference for the application of urine analyzer in clinical detection of urine. Results The standard of the false positive rate was 0.06%, the false negative rate was 1.07%, sensitivity was 91.04%, specificity was 99.90% and re - checking rate was 27.08%. Conclusion The laboratory formulation and through urine routine standard validation can ensure accurate under the premise of labor and time saving after use.
