异氰酰甲基聚苯乙烯树脂载体试剂的制备与性能?

摘  要:以氨甲基聚苯乙烯树脂为原料,与固体三光气反应得到异氰酰基甲基聚苯乙烯树脂(methylisocyanate polystyrene resins,PS.NCO)。PS-NCO的功能基含量采用与过量二正丁胺反应后酸碱滴定的测定方法;着重考察了空气湿度对异氰酰基的影响。结果表明,氨甲基转化为异氰酰基甲基的反应快速、简便,转化率较高;酸碱滴定测定载体树脂的异氰酰基含量,树脂与二正丁胺反应1h即可滴定测定,干PS-NCO载体树脂在不同空气湿度下放置7-21d,对异氰酰基的影响不大。The methylisocyanate polystyrene resins (PS-NCO) were synthesized with aminomethyl polystyrene resins in the presence of triphosgene. The content of functional group in the PS-NCO resins was verified by reaction with excess dibutylarnine, and then determined by acid-base titration. The influence of air moisture on content of isocyanato group was also focused on. The results showed that the functional group transformation of aminomethyl to isocyanatomethyl was a fast, simple reaction with higher conversion. The content of isocyanato group can be measured by acid-base titration after the one hour reaction of resins and dibutylarnine. Under drying and sealing environment, the change of content of isocyanato group was so less to meet the requirement of storage and transportation of PS-NCO resins.
