摘　　要：信息时代的来临让当代的设计从以物为中心的设计慢慢过渡到以人为中心的设讥冰箱的操作系统的界面设计相应的需要更多人性的回归。构建用户任务模型使设计师全方位掌握用户操作冰箱的使用流程和心理体验，真正做到以人为本的设计。本文主要探讨了用户任务模型的相关概念及构建方法。在此基础上提出可行的设计方案和概念设想。The coming of information age makes the the contemporary design transfer from content centered to the people-centered, refrigerators operating system interface design correspondingly need more the return of human nature, building the user task model make designer omni-directional grasp the users＇ operation flow and the psychological experience, truly realizing people-oriented design. This paper mainly discusses the relevant concept definition and constructing method to model user tasks, on the basis of this puts forward feasible design schemes and conceptual ideas.
