摘  要:目的对含有功能相关性和负载相关性部件的航天飞行训练模拟器接口系统进行可靠性分析。方法通过构建马尔科夫模型,求解状态方程的方法分析动态子树;以故障树分析法(fault tree analysis,FTA)对整个系统进行可靠性分析。结果从模拟器接口系统可靠性模型可计算出工作1200 h后,接口系统故障概率为23.44%,而基于传统的串并联模型计算出故障概率仅为21.80%。结论在状态相关系统中,构建动态子树并以马尔科夫方法求解是一种有效的方法。相比一般的串并联模型,其可靠性分析结果可信度更高;进而在激发事件等关键环节采取冗余设计,可大幅降低系统的故障概率。Objective To analyze reliability of the interface system with Function-correlated and Load-correla- ted components in a spaceflight training simulator. Methods Dynamic subtree was analyzed through constructing Makov model and resolving its state equations. The whole system reliability was verified by fault tree analysis(FTA). Results The fault probability of the interface system was 23.44% calculated by the new model, but was only 21.80% calculated by ordinary serial and parallel model after 1200 h of running. Conclusion The dynamic subtree is constructed and resolved effectively with Makov method in state-correlated system' s reliability analysis. It has higher reliability than serial and parallel model. Further more, it is concluded that redundant design of key components can reduce the system fault probability significantlv.
