摘  要:目的研究面部透明质酸注射的不良反应,综合文献回顾,探讨不良反应的防治方法。方法自2012年1月至2013年12月,对接受透明质酸面部注射的833例患者,在签署知情同意书后,在标准注射室进行精细化注射。采用门诊复查和/或电话随访,记录治疗效果和不良反应。注射部位包括:鼻唇沟218例,隆鼻181例,颞部96例,泪沟93例,隆颏73例,丰唇47例,颧骨内侧脂肪垫46例,眉间22例,额部19例,面颊18例,鼻基底16例,耳垂4例。结果发生局部过度矫正3例,透明质酸注射的位置不满意、不平整5例,血管性水肿8例,急性炎症反应1例,鼻唇沟填充部位发生毛细血管扩张1例,皮下硬结3例。经过保守治疗,症状均得到缓解。结论面部透明质酸注射是安全有效的美容方法;了解注射材料的性质,熟悉操作和解剖,能预防不良反应的产生。Objective To retrospective study the adverse reactions of facial hyaluronic acid injection, and explore the method of prevention and cure for the adverse reactions. Methods From January 2012 to De- cember 2012, 833 patients were injected hyaluronie acid filler in facial areas, including such area as nasolabial fold (218 cases), nasal augmentation (181 cases), temporal (96 cases), tears trough (93 cases), chin aug- mentation (73 cases), lip augmentation (47 eases), malar aug-mentation (46 cases), glabella lines (22 cases), frontal lines (19 eases), cheek (18 cases), nasal base (16 cases) and ear lobes (4 cases). Results After study, all the adverse reactions included excessive correction in 3 eases, the unsatisfied location of the hyalu- ronie acid injection or surface uneven in 5 cases, angioedema in 8 cases, acute inflammatory response in 1 case, nasolabial fold filling sites angiotelectasis in 1 case and subcutaneous nodular formation in 3 cases, which were relieved after conservative treatment. Conclusion Facial hyaluronic acid injection is a safe and ef- fective cosmetic method. Comprehension of the properties of the filler materials and familiarity of the operation and anatomy are the key to prevent adverse reactions.
