摘  要:高压加热器是电厂热力设备之一,在回热系统中起重要作用,其运行状况的好坏不仅影响机组运行的经济性,还会影响机组的安全性。衡量高压加热器性能的主要指标有给水温升、给水端差、极管、壳侧介质压降等,重点分析了高压加热器端差变化对机组经济性和安全性的影响。以沈阳金山热电有限公司为例,阐述了200 MW高压加热器的运行状况和存在问题,分析高压加热器运行端差大的原因,通过试验论证,提出预防措施,提高设备的可靠性和经济性。HP heater, one of the thermal power plant equipment, plays an important role in regenerative system, operation of which not only affects the eeonimic operation of the unit, but also affects the safety of unit. The main indexes for evaluating the performance of HP heater include : water temperature, water temperature difference, and tube, shell side mediumpressure drop. This paper main- ly analyzes the HP heater variation effects on the economy and security of the unit. Taking Shenyang Sujiatun Jinshan thermoelectric Co. Ltd. for example, it describes the operation status of high-pressure heater 200 MW turbine units and the existing problems. Anal- ysis of the causes of the operation of high-pressure heater terminal temperature difference is made and preventive measures to improve the reliability and economy of the equipment are proposed.
