城市CORS系统数据保密处理的一种方法

摘　　要：城市CORS系统中需要使用的涉密数据和相关参数主要包括:参考站坐标数据、国家坐标系与城市坐标系之间的转换参数、似大地水准面数据等,根据国家相关保密要求,这些数据不能直接应用于CORS系统,需要对其进行保密处理。本文详细阐述了一种CORS系统数据保密处理方法的基本思路、技术路径与步骤,并结合SZGNSS-CORS系统应用实例,分析了CORS系统数据保密处理对系统精度的影响。本文所述CORS系统数据保密处理方法,在不影响系统运行性能和精度的前提下,实现了CORS系统涉密数据与互联网物理隔离的保密目标。Secret data and related parameters of city CORS system include：reference station coordinates data , the conversion parameters between the national coordinate system and city coordinate system , Geoid data etc .According to relevant state secrecy requirements ,these data cannot be directly applied to CORS system .It needs to be processed for secrecy.This paper described the basic ideas ,techniques and flow of secrect data processing method ,and combined with the application of SZGNSS-CORS system .The impacts of CORS system data secrecy on the precision of the system are also analyzed .The method of CORS System Data Secrecy processing in this paper ,without affecting the performance and accuracy of CORS system ,realizes the target of secrect data and internet physical isolation .
