摘　　要：三维激光扫描技术在文物古迹保护、土木工程、工厂改造、法律证据收集等领域已有广泛的应用和研究,但是在规划测绘领域应用较少。文章针对浙江省宁波市建筑规划竣工测绘的要求提出了一种切实可行的利用三维激光扫描进行规划竣工测绘的方法,并通过实际生产验证了本文提出的方法的有效适用性。The 3D laser scanning technology has been widely used and research in the field of cultural relics protec -tion,civil engineering ,plant transformation ,and legal evidence collection ,but is still a blank field in the ratio of architec-tural planning completed mapping .In this paper,Ningbo,Zhejiang architectural planning completed mapping require-ments proposed the use of three-dimensional laser scanning completed mapping method for planning a practical and ef-fective by actual production verified the applicability of the proposed method .
