规划竣工测量中几种疑难建筑面积计算的处理

摘　　要：规划竣工测量建筑面积核算过程中,有几种疑难建筑面积的计算方法难以在"规范"中找到明确的规定,但是这一些建筑构造又频繁出现在很多楼盘中,亟待我们提出一套统一可行的计算方法,来解决这些疑难建筑构造的面积计算问题。文章结合作者在规划竣工测量建筑面积核算的实践工作中,对这几种疑难建筑面积的计算问题,给出自己的计算方法并提出解决面积计算问题的其他措施。Planning for measuring building area of accounting process ,there are several calculation methods of diffi-cult construction area is difficult to find clear provisions in the “regulation”,but the building structure and very frequent-ly appear in many projects ,we need to put forward a set of calculation method for unified feasible method to solve these problems ,construction building area calculation the problem .Combined with the author in the planning completed survey construction area of accounting practice ,calculation of these difficult construction area ,calculating their and proposes the solution area of other measures of computational problems .
