摘　　要：目的研制能使陈旧生物斑迹中所含的ABO血型物质快速溶解的稀释液,利用胶体金技术快速检验法医学中常见的陈旧的生物斑迹的ABO血型表现型。方法溶解生物斑迹中所含的ABO血型物质,利用ABO血型胶体金试剂条,检测72份已知血型的志愿者的血斑、唾液斑以及2份案件中的陈旧血斑(18年前)。结果 72份志愿者及陈旧血斑的ABO血型分型正确、检验快速、操作简便。结论该方法可用于检测法医中常见的陈旧的生物斑迹的ABO血型表现型。Objective To develop a blood diluent for aged bloodstain grouping by using colloidal gold test strip. Methods 72 volunteers＇ blood and saliva stains and 2 eighteen years old case samples were treated with developed diluent and then tested by strip of colloidal gold. Results The ABO blood groups of 72 volunteers and 2 aged ease samples were obtained correct ly. Conclusion This method is easy to operate and can be used for detection of ABO blood groups in forensic science.
