摘　　要：基于西南省域各省近年来具有代表性的几次地震的应急处置调查,总结出西南省域各省的破坏性地震应急处置特性,其具有基础设施脆弱、自救能力差、次生灾害多、处置难度大等特点,提出加强地震应急准备和地震应急处置两方面的建议与对策。Based on the survey of the earthquake emergency response in southwest China,it is summarized that the emergency response for the destructive earthquake in south-west China has the characteristics of fragile infrastructure,weak self-help,more secondary disasters and heavy difficult of disposal.The suggestions and strategy are proposed to strengthen the earthquake emergency preparedness and emergency response.
