东北地区蒲公英属植物核心形态指标筛选

摘　　要：采用形态学观察法,筛选东北地区8种蒲公英(Taraxacum)核心形态指标。结果表明:从花部和瘦果特征中选出12个最具稳定性和分类学意义的形态指标,包括花色、外层总苞片被毛情况、瘦果表面纹饰等,如瘦果周身具刺或仅上部具刺,并依据植物志分类要点进行验证。核心指标为种质分类提供简便快速的识别方式,可作为分类辅助依据,为蒲公英属植物分类鉴定提供理论基础。In this study, the resource of dandelion core morphological index was selected in Northeast of China. Results showed that achene characteristics and bract characteristics were the main indicators of plant genetic relationship distance and interspecific division, eventually 12 characteristics were selected including flower color, tomenta of outer bracts edge, achene surface ornamentation, achene body with spines or only the upper spines, and herbal classification points. The core morphological indices for Taraxacum classification identification provided simple and rapid identification method and theoretical foundation.
