摘 要:辣椒疫病是辽宁省辣椒生产上的重要病害,开展辽宁省辣椒疫病病菌生理小种鉴定,可为抗疫病辣椒新品种的选育提供理论依据。对来源于辽宁省不同辣椒产区的30个病样进行了分离鉴定,经致病性测定和形态特征观察,确定所分离的病菌均为辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici Leonian);利用中国辣椒疫霉菌生理小种鉴别通用寄主,对其进行了生理分化鉴定。根据供试菌株在鉴别寄主上的抗感反应,鉴定结果表明:辽宁地区辣椒疫霉菌划分为1号、2号和3号生理小种,发生频率分别为3.33%、26.67%和70%;其中3号生理小种为辽宁省辣椒疫霉菌的优势小种。从不同地区测定结果表明不同生理小种的分布与地域间的相关性不强。Phytophthora capsici is an important disease in Liaoning Province’s pepper production. To identify the physiological races of Phytophthora capsici in Liaoning Province may provide the theoretical basis for breeding new varieties of anti-blight. This study determined 30 isolates collected from different pepper-cultivating regions in Liaoning Province. Based on their pathogenicity test and morphological characteristics, these isolates were identified as Phytophthora capsici Leonian. We identify the races by using differential hosts which China recognized. According to reaction of resistance or susceptibility in hosts, the result indicated that there were race 1, race 2 and race 3 of Phytophthora capsici in Liaoning Province, their frequency were 3.33%, 26.67% and 70% respectively. Race 3 is the superior race in Liaoning Province. Different regions of the test showed that the correlation between distribution of different races and geographical were not strong.
