摘 要:铲式成穴器是播种机工作过程中用来生成穴孔的成穴装置,为研究铲式成穴器的成穴性能,采用离散元法研究成穴器的工作过程。分别建立成穴器与土壤颗粒的二维离散元仿真分析模型,通过对土壤颗粒与成穴器之间施加合理的力学模型,进行铲式成穴器工作过程的离散元仿真分析。结果表明:随着打穴深度的增加,水平工作阻力的波动较大,而垂直工作阻力变化较小;通过对土壤颗粒动态速度场的分析描述,验证了铲式成穴器理论分析的正确性,证明了采用离散元分析成穴器工作过程的可行性。The spade soil opener is used to dig a hole when the precision punch planter of maize is working. In order to analyze the working process of spade soil opener, the two-dimensional discrete element methods analyzing models of the soil opener and soil granules were built respectively.The working process of the soil opener was simulated based on two-dimensional DEM analyzing models through a reasonable mechanical model. Results show that with the increase in the depth of planting, the level work resistance fluctuated greatly, and the vertical work resistance changes smaller. The analysis of the dynamic of soil particles velocity field demonstrates the correctness of theoretical analysis results. It can be proved that it's feasible to analyze the performances of punch planter by using the discrete element methods.
