摘  要:先将剩余污泥进行低温热水解预处理,其后测定生物化学甲烷势(BMP)来研究热水解对剩余污泥厌氧消化性能的影响。结果表明:污水厂剩余污泥经低温热水解处理可使污泥固体溶解和水解,从而提高剩余污泥厌氧消化性能。最适宜的热水解条件为70℃,24 h,此时剩余污泥TCOD去除率由18%提高到30%,热水解处理后沼气产量提高63%。To increase the rate of sludge anaerobic digesting process,the excess sludge was pre-treated by low-temperature thermal hydrolysis,and biochemical methane potential(BMP) experiments were carried out to investigate the impacts of low thermal hydrolysis on sludge digestibility.The results showed that thermal hydrolysis pretreatment could facilitate the dissolving and hydrolysis of organic solid in sludge so that the anaerobicdigestion performance of excess sludge was enhanced.The most suitable thermal hydrolysis conditions were 70℃,24h.The TCOD removal rate of remained sludge increased from 18%to 30%and biogas production increased 63%.
