摘　　要：通过文献资料法和专家访谈法,以冰雪体育产业"重点与一般"这一战略思想为主导,分析了黑龙江省冰雪体育产业在发展中存在的问题,研究发现:冰雪体育产业链不完整,五大构成系统尚需完善;冰雪体育产业缺乏核心竞争力,赛事开发与企业影响力提升空间较大,本文提出黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展战略的主要内容是"重点培育"和"节点推动模式",以满足现有的社会效应以及创造更大的经济效益为目的,为黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的可持续发展贡献力量。Through the method of literature and expert interview,the ice snow sports industry ＂key and＂ thought of this one strategy is dominant,analyzes the problems existed in the de- velopment of ice snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province, the study found：the ice snow sports industry chain is not complete,five component system still needs to be improved;the ice snow sports industry the lack of core competitiveness, game development and enterprises to enhance the influence of large space. The main content of this paper put forward the devel- opment strategy of Heilongjiang ice and snow sports industry is ＂focusing on cultivating the＂ and ＂node promotion pattern＂ ,in order to meet the social effects of existing and create grea- ter economic benefits for the purpose,dedication to the sustainable development of the ice snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province amount.
