摘　　要：研究如何将云计算技术引入到短信中心系统中,并结合短信的业务特点,在云计算平台上执行多种不同策略调度,以达到合理分配业务、提高系统利用率、降低成本、节能减排的目的。How the cloud computing technology is introduced in the SMS center system was studied, and combined with service characteristics of messages, a variety of different scheduling strategies were performed on cloud computing platform in order to achieve rational distribuliou business, to improve system utilization, to reduce cost, and the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
