摘　　要：目的对溪黄草进行考证,并对药材溪黄草及植物溪黄草的性状鉴别法进行验证。方法对药材溪黄草及植物溪黄草两种植物的新鲜及干燥枝叶的性状鉴定方法进行验证。结果药材溪黄草原植物线纹香茶菜Isodon striatus(Benth.)Kudo及变种纤花香茶菜Isodon Iophanthoides var.graciliflora(Benth.)Hara与植物溪黄草Isodon serra(Maxim.)Kudo有显著差别,前二者具有传统溪黄草黄汁及红腺点特征,而后者无黄汁及无红腺点,容易鉴别。结论药材溪黄草和植物溪黄草采用此性状鉴定方法很容易鉴别出来,植物溪黄草是否可作为药材溪黄草使用值得商榷。此法简单直观,经济易行,有一定的使用价值。Objective Textual research on Isodon serra and verify its character identification method. Results Isodon striatus(Benth.)Kudo and Isodon Iophanthoides var. Graciliflora(Benth.) hara.and Isodon serra(Maxim.) Kudo.were the original plants of rabdosia serra medicinal materials, There were significant differences between them, Before both has the traditional yellow juice and red glandular dots characteristics, while the latter is not,that is easy to identify. Conclusion The character identifi cation method Easily identifi ed Isodon serra medicinal materials and rabdosia serra plants, Whether Isodon serra plants can be used as Isodon serra medicinal materials is questionable. This method is simple and intuitive, economic and feasible, and has certain using valuable.
