不同采收期板蓝根核苷类及(R,S)-告依春含量变化研究

摘　　要：目的考察不同采收期板蓝根药材中核苷类及(R,S)-告依春含量的动态变化规律,确定板蓝根最佳采收期。方法建立板蓝根5种核苷和(R,S)-告依春HPLC-DAD同步测定方法,测定板蓝根药材中核苷类及(R,S)-告依春的含量。结果板蓝根药材中总核苷类成分成峰谷变化,(R,S)-告依春以8月初采集的药材含量最低,10月初采集的药材含量最高。结论如以核苷类和(R,S)-告依春作为板蓝根药材质量的指标性成分,则板蓝根药材最佳采收期应为10月初采集,该结果为板蓝根药材采收期的确定和质量评价提供一定的科学依据。Objective To study the dynamics trends of nucleosides and epigoitrin from Radix Isatidis in different harvesting time and decide the best harvesting time. Methods Establish synchronous determination method of 5 kinds nucleosides and epigoitrin from Radix Isatidis by HPLC-DAD and determine the content of nucleosides and epigoitrin from Radix Isatidis. Results The trends of nucleosides from Radix Isatidis according to the peak valley shape change. Epigoitrin content from Radix Isatidis is the lowest in early August,the highest in early october.Conclusion If nucleosides and epigoitrin were slected as active constituents, Radix Isatidis collectted in early october may be the best harvesting time.The research provides a scientific foundation for the right collecting-time and the quality evaluation of Radix Isatidis
