摘 要:目的通过比较麦冬水取物对大鼠血液及心肌细胞、肺生化指标影响,探讨麦冬的药效及川麦冬、杭麦冬的药效差异。方法将70只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、川麦冬高中低剂量组和杭麦冬高中低剂量组共七组。灌胃给药,1次/d,连续4周后处死,取血清及心肌细胞、肺。全自动生化分析仪测定血常规,依据试剂盒方法检测血清及心肌细胞、肺中的LD、LDH等生化指标。结果川麦冬和杭麦冬都可以一定程度上降低心肌细胞LD和LDH的含量,升高大鼠血清中GSH-PX的含量,但是,川麦冬和杭麦冬之间还存在一定的差异。川麦冬低剂量组大鼠心肌细胞中LD含量显著低于杭麦冬低剂量组。川麦冬中高剂量升高大鼠血清中GSH-PX的程度显著低于杭麦冬中高剂量。除杭麦冬高剂量组外其他的五个麦冬给药组均能提高大鼠肺抗氧化能力。结论麦冬可以改善部分心肺功能,川麦冬和杭麦冬药效上存在一定的差异。Objective Comparative study on myocardial cells and blood serum biochemical indices and blood of the normal rats and the rats gavaged by extracts of Ophiopogonjaponicus, investigate pharmacodynamic differences between the Ophiopogon japonicus from Sichuan and Hangzhou and Ophiopogon japonicus meridian theory. Methods 70 male SD rats were randomLy divided into control group, Ophiopogon japonicus of Sichuan high middle low dose groups and Opbiopogonjaponicus of Hangzhou high middle low dose groups. Drug group were gavaged with lmL/100g each dose group Radix decoction concentrate, Control group was given lmL/100g distilled water, 1 time / d, for 4 weeks. Killing the rats, take the myocardial cells and blood and measure the biochemical indicators and blood. Results Radix Ophiopogon japonicus of Hangzhou and Sichuan both can reduce LD and LDH levels in myocardial, increased GSH-PX content in blood,but there are some differences between Ophiopogon of Sichuan groups and Ophiopogon of Hangzhou groups. Ophiopogon of Sichuan low dose group rats myocardial's extent of LD was significantly lower than Ophiopogon of Hangzhou low dose group. High dose Ophiopogon of Sichuan elevated GSH-PX level in serum significantly lower than the high dose Ophiopogon of Hangzhou. In addition to the high dose Ophiopogon of Hangzhou group other five Ophiopogon administration groups can increase total antioxidant capacity in rat lung. Conclusion Visiblly, Ophiopogon japonicus can partly improve the function of heart and lung, there are some differences in pharmacodynamic between Ophiopogon japonicas from Sichuan and Hangzhou.
