摘  要:目的建立藿香正气滴丸的指纹图谱分析方法,更全面分析产品质量。方法运用超高效液相色谱仪的多波长切换技术。色谱条件:三键C18烷基键合技术的ACQUITY UPLC—HSS T3(2.1*100mm,1.7μm)微径色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长010min:294nm、10—24min:254nm、24-32min:336nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:1μL。结果运用多波长切换技术所得指纹图谱方法学考察结果良好,采用色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件,对藿香正气滴丸多波长切换指纹图谱进行相似度计算,其10批样品相似度均〉O.99,说明多批次样品具有代表性。结论该方法快速准确,能全面体现特征吸收波长相差较大的多个成分的指纹信息,能够为藿香正气滴丸的质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish a method for Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Pills fingerprint detection by the multi-wavelength switching technique in order to acquire more information about Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Pills. Methods UPLC was used to establish fingerprints with ACQUITY UPLC-HSS T3 (2.1* 100mm, 1.7 μm) column and acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid aqueous, a gradient eluting agent. Wavelength:0-10min:294nm; 10-24min:254nm;24-32min:336nm.Column temperature: 30℃; sample size: 1μL.Results Methodological study showed multi -wavelength switching technique could fully reflect the fingerprint characteristics which components has different absorption wavelength. Using chromatographic fingerprint evaluating software, calculate Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Pills multi -wavelength switching fingerprints similarity, the 10 batches of samples similarity all above 0.99. Conclusion The method was sensitive simple and accurate, Multi-wavelength switching enforces the overall evaluation of Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Pills and provides a suggestion for enhancing the Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Pills quality control.
