摘　　要：阐述了中医对大肠癌病因病机的认识及辨证论治方法;概括了中医对大肠癌改善临床症状、对放化疗的增敏减毒、调节机体免疫功能、防止复发转移的功能与作用;提出了中西医结合是治疗大肠癌发展方向的观点。This paper expounds the treatment and syndrome differentiation of colorectal cancer etiology as well as pathogenesis in TCM, and summarizes the effect of TCM on Colorectal Cancer, including improvement of the clinical symptoms, on chemotherapy sensitization attenuated, regulation of immune function and prevention of the recurrence and metastasis; the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine is the treatment of colorectal cancer.
